At the St. Teresa of Avila Child Development Center, you can be confident your child will blossom into a happy, confident learner – ready for lifelong success.

Registration and Enrollment

Parents of Preschool and Pre-kindergarten students are requested to pre-register in the Spring. An annual, non-refundable Registration Fee of $100.00 is due at time of registration.

All registration forms should be complete and turned in with the Registration Fee. Please contact the director for online registration or a packet.
A current immunization record from a certified doctor or health department is required.
$100 Registration Fee.
Birth Certificate
Baptism Certificate (Catholic families only)
A Physician’s Report stating that your child is in good health and able to attend preschool is due within thirty days from the first day of attendance.
