Registration and Enrollment
Parents of Preschool and Pre-kindergarten students are requested to pre-register in the Spring. An annual, non-refundable Registration Fee of $100.00 is due at spring registration.
Each student’s cumulative record should contain a copy of the birth certificate and documentation of sacraments already received by the student. These are to be supplied at registration.
- All registration paperwork should be complete and turned in with the Registration Fee.
- A current immunization record from a certified doctor or health department is required.
- A Physician’s Report stating that your child is in good health and able to attend preschool is due within thirty days from the first day of school.
