A Great Academic Reputation

Founded in 1957, St. Teresa of Avila Catholic School has established a reputation for giving parents exactly what they desire when it comes to their children's education. St. Teresa provides exceptional education in a faith‐based environment and a support system that encourages involvement, learning and confidence. We offer all day Kindergarten through 8th grade, and we are introducing a preschool for 3 and 4 year olds in the 2009 ‐ 2010 school year.

To help fulfill our directive of providing an unparalleled, enriching educational environment, each of St. Teresa's teachers are Nevada State Certified plus many hold Master’s degrees. In addition, our school's leaders, administration and teachers work closely with parents and students to create a safe, structured and caring community.
