Reminders & Announcements for 10/31

St. Teresa of Avila Catholic School - Sunday, October 30, 2011

Happy Nevada Day!

Reminders for the week:

Monday will be a very exciting day for the whole school. We will have all primary students parade through the upper classes for treats. Deacon Gil will be here to share his knowledge on All Saint’s Day. We have our middle school Halloween party from 1:45- 2:45. No costumes please. Just come as a St. T student and be ready for some fun.

Monday is the last day to bring canned food for FISH.  Let’s all try to bring just ONE more can.

Bring your pumpkins into the MPR for the decorating contest. The cost is $3 for entry. Be sure to pick it up at the end of the day so you can enjoy it on your porch.

Tuesday 11/1 is All Saints Day. Please have all students at St. Teresa Church by 8:15.

Mass driver list will go home on Monday. Thank you Lisa Marchegger, for organizing. Please remember sweaters and ties. Skirts for girls.

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, are 12:30 early release days because of Parent Teacher Conferences. I look forward to seeing you this week.

Book fair is going on all this week. Stop by the library to do a little early Christmas shopping.

Please sign and return your student’s report card and conduct sheet.  Also,  return homefolders tomorrow. They went home Thursday and a lot has happened since then, so just a friendly reminder to check those backpacks.

I look  forward to seeing you this week.
